This is a comprehensive package and includes as follows:

10 hours per month of tech support related to plugins and system core programming updates and upgrades.
Unlimited use of available resources (subject to an agreement)
I will help manage up to 10 websites (an hour per website)

Management of content material is not included and I will endeavour to solve a majority of system-related issues but some problems might need extra attention that will need to be agreed upon.

Depending on the “Maintenance Package” level relevant tools are provided, installed and managed (updated) weekly to maintain a level of compatibility to avoid instances like “website crashing”.

As standard WordFence Pro is installed and regular updates are provided unless otherwise requested by the customer.
